In our gears manufacturing facility with a long standing experience, we focus primarily on single units and small series gears manufacturing of the highest quality and accuracy, and gears measurement.

  • Identification and production of unknown gearing based on damaged pieces

  • Measurement of components on 3D coordinate measuring machine ZEISS Contura G2 RDS, including measuring reports (including measurement of internal and external spur and helical gears)

  • External spur and helical gear m= 1,5 to 12, diameter up to 800 mm
  • Internal and external involute gear m= 1,5 to 8, diameter up to 500 mm
  • Turning on CNC center up to diameter of 220 mm
